Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) processes to ensure product availability while balancing service, inventory, and working capital objectives.
  • •Manage inventory plans, replenishment strategies, and planning parameters to optimize network performance and supply resilience.
  • •Partner with Global Supply Planning teams, manufacturing sites, and co-packing partners to support effective supply plan execution.
  • •Monitor supply commitments, transfer orders, and logistics plans to ensure timely product availability.
  • •Identify supply, inventory, and service risks and monitor KPIs (OTIF, DOH, service level, inventory health, forecast accuracy) to generate insights and improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning, or related Supply Chain disciplines.
  • •Experience in complex planning environments within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, or Manufacturing industries.
  • •Strong track record managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments with demonstrated results.
  • •Demonstrated success driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
