Associate, Production

Coordinate day-to-day operations for the Event Production Services team, partnering across departments to deliver high-quality client service. Manage project organization, scheduling, onboarding, billing, and reporting, including utilization and production tracker updates. Support cost allocation through financial data collection for accurate coding and forecasts. Assist with studio and facility checks, troubleshoot production issues, assign staff, and handle client meet-and-greets. Includes occasional travel and after-hours work.
