Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Maintenance Supervisors and drive building and equipment maintenance success to minimize mechanical downtime and keep production lines running.
  • •Implement and manage maintenance systems including Root Cause Analysis, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, and TPM, scheduling work to reduce unscheduled downtime.
  • •Enforce plant safety by promoting a safety culture, complying with federal and state regulations, and ensuring effective delegation and planning.
  • •Troubleshoot day-to-day equipment failures and solve operational challenges to prevent recurring problems and minimize disruption.
  • •Design and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs with the Plant Engineer using the SAP PM Module and track/report maintenance KPIs for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 3+ years’ relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience), required.
  • •Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching, or mentoring to less experienced staff or managing a process or project.
  • •Advanced technical skills in the mechanical/electrical fields (e.g., PLCs, instrumentation, mechanical engineering) with ability to lead resource planning in a large manufacturing environment.
  • •Thorough knowledge of world-class maintenance management systems, work order processes, and preventive/predictive maintenance and TPM.
  • •Strong critical thinking, problem solving, written/verbal communication, and organizational planning skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP required.
