You’ll lead quarterly and sprint planning, coordinate cross-functional work, manage risks, coach teams toward continuous improvement, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes as the organization scales.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan quarterly or bi-annual objectives, roadmaps, scope and deliverables in collaboration with leadership.
•Create detailed project plans with tasks, timelines and resource needs; identify dependencies and risks.
•Coordinate design, product and engineering teams to enable effective communication and decision making; address roadblocks.
•Track milestones and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders; ensure execution aligns with the plan.
•Lead sprint rituals (planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, demos) and maintain accurate team status on tools and dashboards.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management (development PM focused).
•Prior technical experience or a technical degree is recommended.
•Experience with project management software (such as JIRA, Confluence, Coda, etc.).
•You pride yourself on your organization and communication.
•Ability to lead and coach without authority.
