Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support across offender management and resettlement activities, ensuring processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • •Maintain confidential prisoner records, databases, trackers, and electronic filing systems to a high standard of accuracy.
  • •Support sentence management processes, including sentence calculations following completion of relevant training and accreditation.
  • •Coordinate release planning activities, meetings, referrals, and documentation to support successful resettlement outcomes.
  • •Liaise with Prison Offender Managers, probation practitioners, community partners, courts, and other external agencies; monitor shared mailboxes and support audits and compliance activities.
