Key Responsibilities

  • •Tactical procurement of seating components and materials, timely purchase order placement, supplier confirmation, and price variance processing.
  • •Ensure on-time delivery of parts to scheduled need date and expedite as needed.
  • •Resolve issues including AR, invoice to PO mismatch, PDVs, and cancel/defer orders as required.
  • •Manage assigned suppliers and commodities, coordinate processing transfers, and drive root-cause and corrective actions.
  • •Lead improvements to procurement processes, communicate risks early, and report Supply Chain KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (any field).
  • •Experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing of Direct materials is preferred.
  • •Good oral and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to work in a team with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • •MRP experience (JDE, E1, SAP or equivalent).
