Based at the Browns Boutique in Mayfair, the Personal Shopper builds strong client relationships, delivers expert style guidance, and drives sales across physical and digital channels. You’ll engage walk-in and existing clients, manage end-to-end experiences, and collaborate with stakeholders to elevate the Browns luxury client journey while maintaining boutique standards and supporting events and bespoke orders.
