Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with a Trust and Estate Settlement Officer to administer settlements for assigned fiduciary and agency accounts.
  • •Review and maintain client information in trust accounting and applicable vendor systems.
  • •Apply fiduciary judgment to trust matters and analyze client transactions to recommend solutions.
  • •Interpret legal instruments to determine the bank’s duties and responsibilities as Trustee.
  • •Mitigate fiduciary risk by servicing accounts in compliance with KeyBank policies and regulatory/legal requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 52,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred).
  • •3+ years experience working within the financial industry or other client service roles (required).
  • •General knowledge of fiduciary, financial and/or investment products and services (required) or equivalent experience.
  • •Progress toward, or completion of, Cannon Trust Schools I, II and III or equivalent fiduciary training (preferred).
  • •Ability to manage and record financial transactions related to trust assets in compliance with legal and fiduciary standards.
