Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee contract manufacturers and suppliers to meet operational, quality, compliance, and delivery expectations.
  • •Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external manufacturing partners to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
  • •Lead supplier activities including vendor selection and evaluation, supplier onboarding, quotation and costing support, and performance monitoring.
  • •Partner with suppliers to address technical issues, production challenges, schedule conflicts, capacity constraints, and quality concerns.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop team members while supporting operational initiatives and planning activities for short- and medium-term objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing operations, supplier management, planning, or related functions.
  • •At least 2 years of people management or supervisory experience.
  • •Experience working with external manufacturers, suppliers, or contract manufacturing partners.
  • •Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
