Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as part of the global water leadership team to advocate and deliver desalination growth.
  • •Develop and coordinate global desalination market strategy, with emphasis on seawater desalination technologies and trends.
  • •Direct and lead desalination work as project director/design manager/technical lead for relevant treatment processes.
  • •Oversee pursuit capture strategy and provide oversight of capture plans for major desalination opportunities.
  • •Deliver major Water Infrastructure projects as Design Manager/Design Director while monitoring project performance and ensuring delivery excellence.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering; Environmental, Civil or Chemical preferred.
  • •20+ years of water industry experience.
  • •Proven expertise in the global desalination market, including desalination technologies, delivery models, and emerging trends.
  • •Demonstrated international experience delivering desalination (or similar water/wastewater) projects and programs from planning and design through implementation.
  • •Strong client relationships and industry recognition through relevant water/desalination organizations, publications, and presentations.
