Key Responsibilities

  • •Design scalable, reusable metric-driven verification environments using SystemVerilog/UVM with mixed-signal simulators for UVM-AMS integration.
  • •Author precise and fast behavioral models using SystemVerilog (EEnet/wreal) or Verilog-AMS for RNM to accelerate chip-level verification.
  • •Bring up and support top-level gate-level simulations and power-aware verification (UPF/CPF), including mixed-signal co-simulation to catch interface bugs.
  • •Own overall IP and sub-system verification end-to-end: test plan creation, UVM development, and signoff.
  • •Lead, mentor, and coach junior team members while working closely with digital and analog designers.

Key Requirements

  • •Good experience with logic simulation and building UVM testbenches and environments.
  • •Experience with AMS simulations and UVM-AMS integration.
  • •Understanding of analog blocks such as SDLL, DCC, and band gap.
  • •Experience with RTL debugging, scoreboarding, and code coverage analysis.
  • •Knowledge of DDR/LPDDR JEDEC or NAND ONFI and DFI protocols; solid Verilog/SystemVerilog skills.
