Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day inspection/reconditioning center operations.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, coaching, and performance management for direct reports, including succession planning.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Maintain staffing by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; ensure training/certification processes are executed.
  • •Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives and ensuring health/safety and loss prevention compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates.
  • •Proven ability to deliver project metrics and company goals.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; must be able to work overtime/weekends and perform physical job requirements.
