Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide project support and coordination, including knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract cost management services and presenting final cost plans to clients.
  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and support client presentations, including inputs to value engineering exercises.
  • •Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages to improve cost procedures and templates.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve cost management procedures and capture knowledge in the internal database.
  • •Collaborate as a cost management team member and mentor Assistant Cost Managers where appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects
  • •Experience from MEP QS background, well versed with mechanical and electrical (M&E) work experience is preferred
  • •Native-level proficiency in Korea, Business-level proficiency in English
  • •Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
