Own and audit semi-monthly payroll processing by entering and reviewing critical data while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local tax jurisdictions. Calculate and verify taxable wage and paycheck amounts, manage payroll updates for new hires and pay changes, and handle recurring payroll reporting and reconciliations. Support employees and leadership with timely responses and coordinate across People and Finance using payroll systems and HRIS tools.
