Lead network and security operations in a 24x7 managed services environment, guiding a team of security and network engineers. You’ll oversee Fortinet, Check Point, Akamai WAF, Zscaler proxy, and load balancing solutions, handle escalations and critical incidents, and ensure SLA, security standards, and compliance. Own security incident investigation, risk/action-item closure, change approvals, and governance reporting, while supporting customer POCs and advising on new enterprise security technologies.
