Outside Service Coordinator (Manheim)

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving vehicle condition and discrepancy issues while coordinating auction and reconditioning workflows. Build client relationships, inspect sales lineup vehicles, complete reconditioning estimates, and run condition reports and imaging audits to reduce risk and goodwill costs. Liaise on auction processes and recommend or upsell Manheim/CAI products based on client needs, while meeting Cox standards and SLA requirements.
