Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and support PACER-related systems including registration, authentication, billing, and case locator, plus internal support applications and reports.
  • •Monitor ongoing compliance with PCI and other security standards using secure development practices.
  • •Perform end-to-end software lifecycle work across requirements, design, analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • •Build enterprise-class software and secure web services, including developing and documenting use cases, test cases, and validation results.
  • •Implement DevSecOps practices and compliance activities (e.g., ATO/PCI/FISMA), manage CI/CD/version control, and support performance, capacity planning, and DR/COOP.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in IT system engineering, systems development, and systems coding/programming.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.

  • •Strong experience implementing and supporting end-to-end automated DevSecOps pipelines and RedHat Linux.
