Job Summary

Own the end-to-end technical program for service product development, from initiation through release, using voice of customer and ROI-based solution selection. Lead core teams and beta demonstrations for service capabilities, drive release documentation and field training materials, and report revenue performance versus forecasts. Partner across equipment and field service teams to embed service offerings into new product introductions and optimize system performance, including AIx growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage service product development from initiation to release, including HVP discovery, VOC & FSO, and ROI-based solution selection.
•Lead core team meetings and coordinate validation/beta demonstrations with FSO and responsible beta stakeholders.
•Drive release activities including marketing collateral, field training (AGU courses), procedures for CE/PSE, and reporting service revenue vs forecast.
•Concurrently develop AGS service products with Equipment BU NPI teams and Field Service to align with BU NPI release cycles.
•Spearhead AIx growth initiatives and define/approve service product application support plans, ensuring requirements like CoO, MTTR, MTBC, and SDUT are met.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 147,000 - 202,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Over five years of process and hardware experience on DCVD semiconductor equipment.
•Strong technical knowledge in Dielectric Deposition / Atomic Layer Deposition semiconductor equipment and process engineering/optimization.
•Program management proficiency with ability to lead technical program execution through phase gates.
•Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and able to present to executives and large groups.
•Strong communication skills and ability to drive cross-functional teams, solve unique complex problems, and coach colleagues with less experience.
