Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead post-sales technical deployment of Abnormal products for Japanese customers, managing concurrent implementation projects through go-live and hypercare.
  • •Run problem discovery, build delivery plans, and develop/exe project plans with scope, schedule, and quality, providing status reporting in Japanese and English.
  • •Deliver product training, portal walkthroughs, and enablement in Japanese to make customer teams self-sufficient at go-live.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for customer success: manage adoption, deliver business reviews, monitor customer health, and handle escalations with cross-functional teams.
  • •Contribute to the Japan region by maintaining Japanese-language materials/playbooks and translating regional feedback into prioritized input for Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Native or fully fluent Japanese and professional written and verbal English.
  • •5+ years in a customer-facing role at an enterprise SaaS company with post-sales implementation/professional services delivery and ongoing customer management.
  • •Experience delivering enterprise-grade cybersecurity or security-adjacent SaaS implementations, including integration or migration of enterprise mail flow systems.
  • •Track record running end-to-end projects, managing a mixed portfolio, and proactively identifying and mitigating project risk.
  • •Strong email security fundamentals (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SMTP, MX records) and practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
