Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare business cases (SOC / OBC / FBC), estate / property strategies, property target operating models, and change management.
  • •Hold a relevant real estate industry qualification or experience and work in client-side and consultancy environments.
  • •Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships with strong written and verbal communication.
  • •Show financial literacy with strong commercial understanding and financial analysis capability.
  • •Demonstrate programme management, project management, capital projects and contract management skills.

Key Requirements

  • •Batchelors degree
  • •Project Management Qualification e.g. Prince 2 or MSP or equivalent relevant experience
  • •Business Case Writing Skills or equivalent relevant experience
  • •Experience of working collaboratively and managing change across multi-disciplinary teams
  • •Project Management planning and organisational skills, including the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
