Job Summary

Consultant in Real Estate Advisory Healthcare within the REC team, supporting national health and social care clients to identify and test real estate investment opportunities. Develop healthcare estate strategies and business cases using the HM Treasury 5-case model, from Project Initiation to Full Business Case, while engaging with clients and managing data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare business cases (SOC / OBC / FBC), estate / property strategies, property target operating models, and change management.
•Hold a relevant real estate industry qualification or experience and work in client-side and consultancy environments.
•Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships with strong written and verbal communication.
•Show financial literacy with strong commercial understanding and financial analysis capability.
•Demonstrate programme management, project management, capital projects and contract management skills.

Key Requirements

•Batchelors degree
•Project Management Qualification e.g. Prince 2 or MSP or equivalent relevant experience
•Business Case Writing Skills or equivalent relevant experience
•Experience of working collaboratively and managing change across multi-disciplinary teams
•Project Management planning and organisational skills, including the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
