Key Responsibilities

  • •Advises strategy, partnerships, engineering development teams, and global system development/customer engineering to deliver innovative system features.
  • •Lead the Systems/Platform validation team as it collaborates with silicon designers/architects, firmware, core functional validation, software, and customer engineering.
  • •Own system-level validation functions for next-generation EPYC server CPU products, covering CPU post-si validation planning to silicon bring-up through production.
  • •Elevate test methodologies and scale validation/debug throughput using system-level debug experience and test innovation.
  • •Hire, develop, and lead a team of technical leaders to drive cohesive plans and forward-looking system/platform capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,880 - 308,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in silicon and system validation for server CPUs, enterprise-class servers, and large-scale clusters.
  • •Strong knowledge of silicon/system validation methodologies and test planning/execution across the post-si validation lifecycle through production.
  • •Prior experience leading managers and technical leaders, with demonstrated ability to develop and grow technical teams.
  • •Understanding of HW/FW/SW interaction and system-level design, including experience with test generators.
  • •Mature, seasoned system-level and debug experience, with strong communication skills including presenting to senior executives.
