Key Responsibilities

•Carry out boiler servicing, installations, maintenance, fault finding and breakdown repairs in line with Gas Safe regulations
•Complete gas safety inspections and certifications, ensuring accurate records are maintained
•Diagnose gas system issues and carry out effective, compliant repairs
•Provide technical advice and support to non-trade maintenance colleagues
•Liaise with external subcontractors, auditing work quality and standards
•Use internal systems to report faults, manage jobs, and provide feedback and cost information

Key Requirements

•Gas Safe registration and a recognised gas industry qualification
•Level 3 NVQ or Diploma in Domestic Natural Gas Installation and Maintenance, Gas Utilisation, or Plumbing and Heating (gas-fired appliances), or equivalent
•Strong diagnostic skills and a sound understanding of domestic gas safety
•A methodical, safety-focused approach and the ability to work independently
•A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the region
