People Experience & Culture - Trainee (Tamheer) - Jeddah

Support the employee wellbeing and engagement strategy by managing and executing culture, wellbeing, and engagement projects, programs, initiatives, and events across offices, stores, and warehouses. Help act as a custodian for wellbeing benefits and resources, produce internal/external communications in collaboration with Group Comms, research trends to propose improvements, and partner with external providers. Capture feedback and deliver analytical updates on performance and achievements.
