Job Summary

Provide second-line remote and onsite support and field engineering for client network and collaboration environments. Proactively identify, log, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure/software incidents to maintain zero missed SLA conditions. Investigate alerts, escalate to L3 when needed, coordinate with stakeholders (client IT, carriers, vendors), and manage configuration items, changes, and shift handovers while following standard processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide second-line remote and onsite technical support and field engineering services to clients, proactively identifying and resolving incidents and problems.
•Manage incidents and requests to ensure zero missed Service Level Agreement (SLA) conditions, including timely updates with progress and resolution details.
•Investigate second-line support calls and alerts to identify root causes using knowledge articles; escalate unresolved issues to L3 Field Engineer.
•Coordinate with stakeholders (client IT environments, carriers, colleagues, and 3rd-party vendors) to diagnose errors and drive resolutions.
•Ensure assigned infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational; apply tools/processes to track, log, report, and correct configuration items and changes, including shift handover procedures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
•Professional-level certifications in data centre technologies and networking technologies (e.g., Cisco/NetApp/EMC; Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5).
•Valid CCNP Collaboration Certification required; Webex Calling/Webex Contact Centre certification and Microsoft Voice certifications (MS700/MS720) are advantageous.
•Moderate experience with collaboration technologies such as call managers, voice gateways, call recording, messaging, scripting, and VoIP/IP telephony.
•Moderate experience diagnosing and troubleshooting; basic understanding of network routing and switching.
