•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to brand style and service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales by cross-selling, upselling, and using tailored recommendations to meet individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations: complete transactions, manage cash wrap, process inventory/replenishment, and maintain visual merchandising and stockroom organization.

Key Requirements

•Luxury retail background with clienteling and data acquisition skills; social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain service standards, including schedule flexibility (nights, weekends, and holidays).
