Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and liaise with MEP coordinators, main contractor technical teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • •Ensure electrical shop drawings and submissions align with design drawings, specifications, and coordination with other disciplines.
  • •Review and approve electrical shop drawings, design calculations, material technical submittals, and method statements prior to issuance.
  • •Support troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure reliability and compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in line with IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering for construction projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction and electrical codes/standards, including NFPA and local regulations.
  • •Ability to prepare, review, and approve electrical shop drawings and design calculations for submission.
  • •Knowledge of electrical load diagrams/schedules and calculations (including voltage drop) and electrical power design.
  • •UPDA Engineer registration/certification with attestation (MMUP engineer registration) and ERP knowledge (preferably SAP).
