Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain equipment and facilities to keep plant operations in safe, productive condition and support plant reliability and continuous improvement.
  • •Comply with safety procedures (LOTO, arc flash, hot work permits) and maintain PPE and OSHA/food handling practices during inspection and repair.
  • •Execute and document planned and unplanned maintenance work during shift in the CMMS, including repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance.
  • •Perform diagnostics and corrective actions for equipment breakdowns using RCA/BDA/cause maps and follow-up to prevent recurrence.
  • •Repair and maintain facility/utility systems and equipment, including mechanical/electrical systems, HVAC/refrigeration, instrumentation, plumbing and carpentry/grounds as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing facility performing mechanical and electrical inspections, troubleshooting and repairs, and passing plant-specific maintenance tests.
  • •Practical understanding of and ability to comply with plant safety procedures including Lock-Out/Tag-Out, arc flash, and hot work permits.
  • •Ability to interpret technical documents and diagrams such as factory manuals, blueprints, schematics, and electrical/mechanical drawings.
  • •Knowledge of GMPs for the assigned area and ability to follow food handling requirements before and after equipment inspection/repair activities.
  • •Experience supporting predictive maintenance using technologies such as ultrasound, thermal imaging, oil analysis, and vibration analysis.
