Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop forecast models for customers and products using market and internal data to predict demand and optimize inventory flow.
  • •Analyze market demand, create sales and supply plans by country of operation, and control supply and inventory at all levels.
  • •Provide supply chain teams with planning reports and data, and review forecast results and inventory/sales performance to report metrics.
  • •Manage and process customer orders based on forecasted demand, track backlogs, and update internal stakeholders accordingly.
  • •Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and credit teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and handle customer complaints while optimizing CRM tools and workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in supply and demand planning.
  • •Strong demand planning experience, including volume management and knowledge of distribution channels in Egypt.
  • •Experience in supply planning, including inventory planning and warehousing operations in Egypt, and building supply plans.
  • •Advanced analytical and reporting skills with strong control; advanced Microsoft Excel and hands-on ERP experience; FMCG and/or distribution industry experience is required.
