Key Responsibilities

  • •Embody a strong client experience culture by being present with every client and teammate.
  • •Accurately process all financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues as a resource.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities, provide customized recommendations, and transition clients to a Banker when needed.
  • •Maintain compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance cash drawer within guidelines, and support branch huddles and debriefs.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources through tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Experience handling cash.
  • •General understanding of PC basics with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and the ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
