Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze customer behavior, audience needs, competitor creative, cultural signals, platform trends, and internal data to determine which ads to make.
  • •Develop paid social creative concepts, messaging angles, channel strategies, and testing frameworks.
  • •Own ads end-to-end from concept through launch, including briefs, hooks, scripts, copy, and creator/visual direction and review.
  • •Run the creative reporting and optimization framework, identify winners and fatigue, and evolve the testing roadmap to stay within target iCAC.
  • •Set influencer and UGC creative strategy and direction and build creative systems, documentation, and AI-enabled workflows for a repeatable testing engine.
