Job Summary

Lead A/C conversion activities for the FAL A330 MRTT in Airbus Defence and Space, based in Getafe (Madrid). Manage a multifunctional team within TAOTT4 to deliver goals on time, integrating production, quality, manufacturing engineering, planning, and production control. Coordinate across TAOTT zones, oversee shopfloor teams and subcontractors, and ensure Health & Safety, quality, FOD, DIM, and housekeeping standards while driving continuous improvement and customer-focused VOC actions.

Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for A/C conversion activities assigned by the Head of the A/C zone.
•Manage the multifunctional team within TAOTT4 to achieve delivery goals without pending works across assigned functions and resources.
•Manage a team of shopfloor managers plus electricians, mechanics, maintenance and testing technicians, and coordinate subcontractors in the same A/C zone.
•Ensure coordination across different TAOTT zones to reach AG2 objectives and maintain proper workload-capacity with the right competencies.
•Ensure Health & Safety, Quality, FOD, DIM, and House Keeping standards are followed; drive continuous improvement and VOC communication; lead cultural transformation and act as a role model.

Key Requirements

•Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.
•At least 3 years in Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or Planning & Production Control.

•Strong conflict management skills with a track record of fostering collaboration.
•Proven ability to implement continuous improvement to reduce costs and lead times and digitalize processes.
