Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for A/C conversion activities assigned by the Head of the A/C zone.
  • •Manage the multifunctional team within TAOTT4 to achieve delivery goals without pending works across assigned functions and resources.
  • •Manage a team of shopfloor managers plus electricians, mechanics, maintenance and testing technicians, and coordinate subcontractors in the same A/C zone.
  • •Ensure coordination across different TAOTT zones to reach AG2 objectives and maintain proper workload-capacity with the right competencies.
  • •Ensure Health & Safety, Quality, FOD, DIM, and House Keeping standards are followed; drive continuous improvement and VOC communication; lead cultural transformation and act as a role model.

Key Requirements

  • •Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.
  • •At least 3 years in Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or Planning & Production Control.
  • •Advanced Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • •Strong conflict management skills with a track record of fostering collaboration.
  • •Proven ability to implement continuous improvement to reduce costs and lead times and digitalize processes.
