•Lead and coach a team of software engineers to deliver high-impact results reliably and on time.
•Partner with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute platform vision, strategy, and adoption across content engineering.
•Advise on distributed data architecture decisions, including data modeling and graph-based technologies, especially in ambiguous situations.
•Build cross-functional relationships and influence decisions to ensure solutions meet business needs and maximize impact.
•Drive engineering excellence by balancing business needs with strong engineering principles, paying down tech debt, and improving stability, performance, efficiency, and developer experience.

Salary: USD 436,000 - 710,000 annually
