Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret requirements and incorporate feedback into designs or solution fixes.
•Participate in system design and architecture by refining code plans and contributing to design documentation.
•Develop, implement, and maintain code for products, services, or components using secure and scalable best practices.
•Create test plans and configure testing procedures to identify and resolve defects across multiple features.
•Support production during on-call rotations by troubleshooting issues, deploying fixes under guidance, and improving reliability/observability/performance through ongoing learning.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
•Strong Java backend experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA; solid OOP design and design patterns.
•Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices, including unit testing (JUnit/Mockito/TestNG).
•Hands-on with tools and platforms such as Git/Stash, Maven or Gradle, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab CI), SQL databases, and distributed systems concepts (queues, caching).
