•Travel up to 60% to set up and support remote Carvana locations, including desktop, server, network, security surveillance, and AV.
•Provide user-facing IT support by handling incoming calls, emails, and walk-ups for IT issues from PC and Mac users.
•Monitor system performance and configure/maintain networked computer systems (hardware, system software, and applications) to ensure availability, reliability, and security.
•Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues; coordinate with vendors and IT providers for on-site installations and upgrades.
•Document solutions in Jira, maintain infrastructure inventory, support hardware refresh projects, and participate in on-call rotation and after-hours work when needed.

•Experience with Meraki Security Appliances and enterprise network environments.
•Ability to travel up to 60% and hold a valid, current driver’s license.
