Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategy and execution across the AI Teammates pillar, aligning goals and metrics across Platform, Experience, Chat, and Agent Orchestration teams.
  • •Own end-to-end technical strategy for enterprise-grade AI platforms, including model rollouts, eval infrastructure, tool orchestration, MCP, and proactivity engines.
  • •Deliver human-AI collaboration experiences, including chat surfaces, discovery/onboarding, in-product explainability, human-in-the-loop workflows, and ROI/governance for administrators.
  • •Pioneer multi-system agent orchestration via integrations and frameworks enabling AI Teammates to run complex workflows across external and internal tools.
  • •Scale engineering leadership and culture by recruiting, developing managers and senior engineers, and fostering an inclusive, psychologically safe environment.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering experience and 4+ years leading multiple engineering teams or managers, delivering complex production systems.
  • •Deep understanding of applied AI, LLM evaluation frameworks, and agent/tool orchestration, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and production observability.
  • •Experience across backend/systems reliability and complex full-stack product interfaces, including enterprise governance/permissions models.
  • •Ability to balance short-term customer deliverables with long-term architectural investments across multiple quarters.
  • •Demonstrated leadership in attracting, hiring, and mentoring senior engineers and managers, with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
