Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the daily work of your production team, motivating by example and achieving safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity goals.
  • •Monitor daily production metrics and customer delivery situations, taking corrective, preventive, and improvement actions as needed.
  • •Run daily and monthly meetings for your department.
  • •Ensure the adequacy of departmental resources and expertise.
  • •Develop your department using Lean tools, drive continuous improvement, apply 5S, and participate in Kaizen events as your department representative.

Key Requirements

  • •Applicable technical education with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Experience in industrial manufacturing and supervision roles.
  • •Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and on your own initiative.
  • •Experience with ERP tools, specifically SAP, and general IT skills; familiarity with some manufacturing process tools is beneficial.
