Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a portfolio of the most important provider engagements end-to-end, serving as the directly responsible leader for strategy, alignment, and long-term success.
  • •Identify high-value problems across provider organizations and develop a thesis for products, programs, and partnership models to solve them.
  • •Translate ambiguous opportunities into product and operating strategies with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define requirements and sequencing.
  • •Lead zero-to-one initiatives from thesis through partner alignment, launch, measurement, and scale while keeping stakeholders focused on key decisions.
  • •Build trusted relationships across executive, clinical, operational, technology, and compliance leaders; produce business cases and success measures.

Key Requirements

  • •2–10 years of experience working on structured problem-solving with executive engagement (e.g., consulting, business development, investing, or business operations).

  • •Comfort working with data and technical teams; willingness to learn SQL and low-code tools.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication to participate in internal debates and lead external relationships.
