•Conduct technician services such as routine inspections and maintenance.
•Handle basic mechanical repairs for brake pads/calipers/rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments.
•Work scheduled second shift hours (Mon–Thurs 5pm–4am) and be able to work mandatory overtime when needed.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana high-tech inspection centers to support vehicle reconditioning.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to heat/cold.
•Use safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective gear.
