Install and qualify new processing equipment, troubleshoot day-to-day production-line issues, and drive improvements in throughput, yield, and product performance. Conduct planned process experiments with data collection and analysis, apply statistical methods (DOE, SPC, DMAIC), and maintain gauges. Create and enforce standard operating procedures, develop process control plans and specifications, and collaborate with production, manufacturing engineering, and suppliers.
