Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a small Deal Desk team while staying hands-on on Ramp’s most strategic and complex commercial opportunities.
  • •Own the Deal Desk function and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, Product, and Billing.
  • •Structure and evolve creative commercial solutions across pricing, contract terms, payment structures, and packaging to accelerate growth while protecting the business.
  • •Design and improve approval frameworks, pricing guardrails, commercial policies, and deal governance to enable fast, consistent execution.
  • •Own end-to-end deal approval across Salesforce, CPQ, contracting, and downstream financial systems, driving automation and process improvements across Deal Desk workflows and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategic Finance, Commercial Operations, or a related function, supporting complex commercial transactions at a high-growth technology company.
  • •Deep expertise across pricing, deal structuring, contracting, approvals, and the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
  • •Experience partnering directly with Sales leadership on complex enterprise deals and non-standard commercial structures.
  • •Experience leading or mentoring team members while remaining hands-on with strategic, complex opportunities.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders; actively leverages AI tools in daily work (e.g., Claude Code).
