Key Responsibilities

  • •Color-match, mix paint, and airbrush vehicles to support reconditioning work.
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana’s inspection centers to prepare cars for customers.
  • •Perform work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, including occasional exposure to heat/cold.
  • •Follow safety requirements and use appropriate protective equipment.
  • •Work mandatory overtime when needed to meet customer commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of professional automotive painting experience as an airbrush technician.
  • •Ability to color-match, mix paint, and airbrush vehicles.
  • •Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English and use required safety equipment.
