Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect & standardize Jaggaer integrations: Design, maintain, and iterate on Zip’s core Jaggaer integration templates for scalable, repeatable customer implementations.
  • •Bridge product & the field: Ensure integration templates stay aligned with core product architecture and emerging customer needs.
  • •Turn nuance into scale: Identify reusable data mapping patterns from complex implementations to standard internal assets.
  • •Support pre-sales engineering: Design and vet integration architectures with account teams to ensure smooth deployments.
  • •Drive technical implementation excellence: Define and champion technical solution consulting best practices across implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations with Jaggaer or similar enterprise procurement and spend management platforms.
  • •Strong foundational knowledge of core Jaggaer business processes, workflow logic, and data models (eProcurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, CLM).
  • •Familiarity with Jaggaer REST/SOAP APIs, direct data transfers, and standard e-procurement data structures.
  • •Experience with cXML/XML/REST endpoints and standard authentication protocols.
  • •Past ERP implementation, integration, configuration or administration experience.
