Job Summary

Solutions Architect to build and standardize Jaggaer integrations and ERP templates, enabling scalable, repeatable customer deployments. You will partner with Engineering, Product and Design to align integration templates with core product architecture, drive best-practice integration standards, support pre-sales, and become a multi-ERP expert, elevating the technical bar across Zip’s integration workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect & standardize Jaggaer integrations: Design, maintain, and iterate on Zip’s core Jaggaer integration templates for scalable, repeatable customer implementations.
•Bridge product & the field: Ensure integration templates stay aligned with core product architecture and emerging customer needs.
•Turn nuance into scale: Identify reusable data mapping patterns from complex implementations to standard internal assets.
•Support pre-sales engineering: Design and vet integration architectures with account teams to ensure smooth deployments.
•Drive technical implementation excellence: Define and champion technical solution consulting best practices across implementations.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations with Jaggaer or similar enterprise procurement and spend management platforms.
•Strong foundational knowledge of core Jaggaer business processes, workflow logic, and data models (eProcurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, CLM).
•Familiarity with Jaggaer REST/SOAP APIs, direct data transfers, and standard e-procurement data structures.
•Experience with cXML/XML/REST endpoints and standard authentication protocols.
•Past ERP implementation, integration, configuration or administration experience.
