Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct end-to-end discovery: gather goals, constraints, compliance considerations, and technical input; lead workshops and elicit functional/non-functional requirements.
  • •Translate ecosystem vision into structured MVP scope and a phased roadmap, including backlog completeness, prioritization, and continuous refinement.
  • •Produce discovery deliverables and maintain a clear requirements repository, including user story maps, detailed user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Collaborate with the Tech Lead on architecture, integration mapping, constraints, scalability paths, feasibility validation, and risk assessment.
  • •Act as the primary liaison between IdeaSoft and founder/investor stakeholders, communicating complex blockchain concepts and aligning scope, timelines, and dependencies during implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner/Manager.
  • •Hands-on experience launching blockchain-based products, especially non-custodial wallets, DEX/CEX integrations, portfolio tracking tools, and token sales/presale modules.
  • •Strong Web3 fundamentals including EVM chains, wallet architectures, tokens, DeFi concepts, and non-custodial key management and signing flows.
  • •Ability to run discovery phases: vision, workshops, requirements elicitation, documentation, and identifying edge cases, missing inputs, and risks.
  • •Scrum certification (PSPO, PSM) or equivalent, plus advanced knowledge of Agile SDLC and requirements management using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
