Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process/system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support store operations including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
  • •Assist with operations-focused directives and projects, and support a safe, efficient store environment through strong stockroom standards
