Lead mobile engineering for OKX's peer-to-peer trading and fiat payment experiences across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities

•Own the mobile engineering for P2P trading flows — including trading channel mechanics, payment methods, and buy/sell transaction journeys end-to-end.
•Build and maintain cross-regional fiat payment integrations — including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and third-party PSP integrations across markets.
•Ensure mobile payment flows and user data handling are compliant with local and international regulatory requirements — including KYC tiers, transaction limits, and regional compliance constraints.
•Collaborate closely with compliance, legal, product, and regional market teams to translate local regulatory requirements into reliable, user-friendly mobile experiences.
•Drive technical decision-making on payment architecture, articulating trade-offs clearly across speed, maintainability, and compliance.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality mobile systems at scale.
•Strong familiarity with P2P trading channels, payment methods, and buy/sell transaction flows in a consumer-facing mobile context.
•Hands-on experience with cross-regional fiat payment integrations — local bank transfers, e-wallets, and third-party PSP integrations across markets such as Southeast Asia, LATAM, or MENA.
•Working knowledge of fiat channel compliance — KYC tiers, transaction limits, and regional regulatory constraints.
•Proficient in AI-assisted development — able to independently build and maintain personal AI engineering workflows, not just use AI tools ad hoc.
