Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure client infrastructures are secure, robust, and running smoothly through proactive incident identification and resolution.
  • •Perform necessary checks and use monitoring tools to keep assigned infrastructure operational and correctly configured.
  • •Provide third-line support by investigating root causes of incidents and problems and implementing solutions.
  • •Create knowledge articles for frequent issues and train junior team members on execution and troubleshooting best practices.
  • •Coach/mentor junior staff and contribute to operational improvements, including disaster recovery functions and technology-domain projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience handling complex security infrastructure in a managed services environment.
  • •Strong IT engineering background, preferably within medium to large ICT organizations.
  • •Deep working knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • •Ability to plan activities and projects well in advance.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent IT/Computing qualification) or equivalent work experience.
