Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft and send emails, newsletters, and intranet posts about AI topics for internal audiences.
  • •Prepare presentations and slides for internal AI meetings and feature launches.
  • •Design and manage surveys in Microsoft Forms to gather feedback from AI feature trials.
  • •Support meetings across teams (e.g., tech team, knowledge management, central IT) and update AI information on the intranet page.
  • •Manage inbound AI questions via email/ticketing, help prepare training materials, and support feature rollouts by testing and coordinating testing rounds while summarizing findings.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business, economics, or a related field, with some exposure to informatics or digital topics.
  • •Strong interest in AI and digital transformation and how these topics impact business.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
  • •Confident using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Forms.
  • •Proactive, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working with different teams (willing to ask questions and join meetings).
