Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the Software Product Management and Software Product Engineering organizations across oncology and prenatal software products
•Define and execute the software product and platform strategy for provider portals, patient experiences, operational platforms, and internal workflow tools
•Drive an AI-first approach across both product development and engineering operations, leveraging modern AI technologies and tools to accelerate development and improve software quality and team productivity
•Identify opportunities to transform emerging AI capabilities into differentiated customer-facing products and meaningful customer value
•Partner closely with Clinical Product, Data Science, Bioinformatics, IT/IS, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver category-defining software experiences and operational platforms

Key Requirements

•Proven ability to lead both product and engineering functions simultaneously
•Track record of building and scaling customer-facing software products and/or complex operational software systems
