Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the Software Product Management and Software Product Engineering organizations across oncology and prenatal software products
  • •Define and execute the software product and platform strategy for provider portals, patient experiences, operational platforms, and internal workflow tools
  • •Drive an AI-first approach across both product development and engineering operations, leveraging modern AI technologies and tools to accelerate development and improve software quality and team productivity
  • •Identify opportunities to transform emerging AI capabilities into differentiated customer-facing products and meaningful customer value
  • •Partner closely with Clinical Product, Data Science, Bioinformatics, IT/IS, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver category-defining software experiences and operational platforms

Key Requirements
