Key Responsibilities

  • •Autonomously conduct in-depth investigations of highly sensitive and complex allegations, preparing detailed reports and recommending resolutions in partnership with Legal and operations leadership.
  • •Develop and implement standardized processes for investigations, tracking, and documenting employee relations cases in a centralized system with timely memorialization.
  • •Analyze investigation data to identify issue trends and opportunities for proactive issue mitigation in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • •Counsel, advise, and guide operations leadership and HR Business Partners on complex or sensitive employee relations issues to ensure fair and consistent policy enforcement.
  • •Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of increasingly responsible Human Resources generalist experience, including employee relations processes.
  • •3+ years investigating complex employee matters and collaborating with legal counsel to document and resolve investigations.
  • •Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to earn trust and handle a wide range of team member issues.
  • •Advanced HR-related investigation skill set in fast-paced, guest-facing environments, with experience in union/represented environments or hospitality preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field required.
