Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach and develop performers in acrobatics, stunt techniques, safety protocols, acting, and show blocking to maintain high production standards.
  • •Collaborate with show directors and artistic management to create, choreograph, and continuously enhance productions and stunt sequences.
  • •Coordinate, cast, and choreograph stunt scenes aligned to each production’s creative vision.
  • •Train performers and Performance Captains to ensure readiness and continuous development.
  • •Lead and oversee complex stunt elements and ensure performer, technical team, and crew safety during rehearsals and live shows.

Key Requirements

  • •High school qualification or equivalent, with a university degree or professional training considered an advantage.
  • •Professional training and extensive experience in stunts and acrobatics.
  • •Minimum five years of experience in a professional theme park, theatre, or live entertainment environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in stunt performance disciplines, including acrobatics, stage combat, and high falls.
  • •Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with experience developing performers and maintaining production standards.
