Job Summary

Lead acrobatics and stunt performance for Dubai Parks and Resorts, coaching performers and developing stunt techniques, safety protocols, acting, and show blocking. Key Responsibilities

•Coach and develop performers in acrobatics, stunt techniques, safety protocols, acting, and show blocking to maintain high production standards.
•Collaborate with show directors and artistic management to create, choreograph, and continuously enhance productions and stunt sequences.
•Coordinate, cast, and choreograph stunt scenes aligned to each production’s creative vision.
•Train performers and Performance Captains to ensure readiness and continuous development.
•Lead and oversee complex stunt elements and ensure performer, technical team, and crew safety during rehearsals and live shows.

Key Requirements

•High school qualification or equivalent, with a university degree or professional training considered an advantage.
•Professional training and extensive experience in stunts and acrobatics.
•Minimum five years of experience in a professional theme park, theatre, or live entertainment environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Demonstrated expertise in stunt performance disciplines, including acrobatics, stage combat, and high falls.
•Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with experience developing performers and maintaining production standards.
